Peach Street Distillers has been distilling in Palisade since 2005, in fact we have Colorado Distiller’s License 001. We built our still here to showcase the agriculture of this magical place.
The innovative minds behind both Ska and Peach Street are joining forces to enhance the Legion of Ska and Peach Street to open Boulder’s first Brewstillery. A concept that will showcase both crafted beverages served up alongside a great food concept that mirrors a pride in local farmers and hearkens back to both the Container at Ska and Foodery at Peach Street. Ska Street Brewstillery in Boulder focuses on fresh, locally sourced, yummy food; made from scratch with lots of love while serving the best Ska brews and Peach Street spirits.


About the Job
We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, positive energy folks to join our culinary, crafted brewed and distilled beverage venture. We want to ensure that our staff is well educated, and our shifts are well executed and demonstrate our DISRUPT service model, while always taking care of the guest.
As a line cook, we are seeking folks who can competently fulfill the basics of the job; competent in basic kitchen and back of house food safety practices, sanitation and cleaning procedures and have basic knife and cooking skills.
You report directly to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. You are responsible for completing daily prep lists along with working the line – demonstrating knowledge of the menu and all plating of each item.
You must be able to take direction as it relates to food prep procedures, follow all house recipes and perform all required tasks for cooking while on the line that meet all food safety requirements and are approved by either the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
You will be expected to set up and clean up your station daily along with any other opening/closing duties.
You will report directly to the Exec Chef for schedules and day to day changes in availability or time off. The General Manager and Brewer/Distiller are also part of the management team that are available for all staff.
Following all Health Orders and Guidelines as it relates to COVID 19, when relevant, is required. These procedures and policies can change as the local and state governments dictate, management will communicate as notified and make adjustments to practices where needed.


Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Two years minimum experience in fast paced and full-service environment
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• In order to comply with Boulder County Health Department requirements, you must complete at least the first level of the food safety manager online training within 30 days of hire if not already certified.

• $15-17/hour
• Expected full time hours – 32 average/week
