Distributing Truck Driver

About the Job
In this position you will be
responsible for the safe and timely transportation of finished goods between
our warehouses. You will also be a key
member of the Distributing crew and perform tasks for both the delivery and
warehouse departments. Wage is an hourly
rate of $13.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
o
Shuttle
product between our warehouses.
o
Perform
loading and unloading of our both our trucks and other inbound/outbound shipments.
o
Help
build loads for outbound shipments and local deliveries.
o
Partner
with maintenance to fix any issues with our vehicles.
o
Maintain
cleanliness of vehicles and the warehouse.
o
Complete
pre and post trip inspections on our truck.
o
Fill
in where needed in both warehouses.
o
Deliver
product to local distributor.
o
Assist
with local deliveries when needed.
o
Assist
with Merchandising when needed.
o
Ensure
the packaging department has the necessary amount of both empty kegs and
pallets at HQ and transport both products from the chilly to HQ.
Our Ideal Candidate
o
Must be at least
21 years of age.
o
Repetitive
lifting of up to 50 lbs., bending, pulling and pushing. Able to twist, turn, crouch, and squat
repeatedly throughout the workday.
o
Must
have a clean driving record.
o
Must
communicate well, work well with others and have a positive attitude.
o
Must
be able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o
Able
to drive in all weather conditions.
o
Occasional
weekend work may be required.
